We aim to build equipment that looks, feels, and performs well above its price point. With a focus on using off-the-shelf components, our machines are inexpensive to build and easy to maintain. At the heart of our standard design are the most durable gear pumps in the industry. To those we add plumbing, motors, heating systems, and controls as required - to suit your application. We can supply anything from a panel update for existing equipment, all the way to a turnkey, multi-component system with tanks, flowmeters, and a touchscreen interface.
About
Dunne Engineering first opened its doors in October of 2015 providing general services and manufacturing equipment to a few core customers. On the equipment side, the first products included heaters, conveyers, and a 20' diameter turntable. Eventually, the work grew to include custom meter-mix machines to support manufacturing of specialty cast elastomer products. Kevin, owner and designer at Dunne Engineering, brings his extensive hands-on manufacturing experience to these products and understands which features really save time and money on the shop floor.
